I've been wanting a notebook case for a LONG time, let me ask you this. Does it have sufficient padding for protection? Thats my own real concern. For $19.99 its a damn good price....

It seems pretty decent to me - About 3/4" thick and directly in the middle. Very roomy for other stuff but not overly thick...
