Yeah, case doors + Nero 5.5 = a case door that stays open all the time 😛Originally posted by: EeyoreX
Not to mention, computer cases are highly subjective. It's hard to recommend one. Personally, I think the Sonata is an "eh" case. I wouldn't buy one. And don't even get me started on my anti-case door diatribe! 😉 Check the links given and pick what you like. It's your computer, and you'll have to look at it.

My big fat important opinion 😉 is that Antec should make a 1000-series case that leaves the door off and uses a bezel style like their 800-series (meaning, no cutouts on each side of each 5.25" bay). I guess that new Performance One case will address that fairly well: pic
Methinks he was simply making the point that 80 quid is about 135 bucks. I guess prices are lower in the US due to bigger population and possible more popularity of DIY computers?Originally posted by: WobbleWobble
I also recommend the Antec Sonata. But retailing at $135US? Canada is cheaper, $140CDN ($100 US)

For those who don't mind having to open a door to change CDs, doors are fine. 🙂 I prefer not to have to deal with it, especially if I'm going to have to make a lot of CDs (or make the same CD over and over until it works like I want it to 😛).Originally posted by: Johnbear007

Or you could just turn that option off in nero, so it doesnt auto eject.
