That is a ton of RAM and all around decent specs for a mini-PC.

780M Graphics are a fair entry point for 1080p for older games or newer games with some heavy upscaling.

Always interested in finding a powerful mini-box to serve as a Steam "console" to reduce the footprint of my existing Gerry rigged Steambox, but something with a nice discreet mobile GPU is where I would stop.

I think that RAM amount could be particularly useful for Stable Diffusion if the iGPU framebuffer can be sized up to 32GB. If not, there probably is still some way to use that iGPU with more VRAM through Linux by changing some open source driver parameter to utilize more system RAM as VRAM.
