NiBitor Voltage Softmods for 7900s

Supposedly NiBitor 2.8a lets you adjust the voltage on 7900's through its bios. can anyone confirm this? That hardmod from VRZone is just waaay too much work.

There are rumors that the OVP negates any voltage adjustments through the bios. I'm sure someone has tried this out already. We just need to find it.
