What kind of scheduling mix up caused that?

it's really a non-issue... link... many teams have played 4-5 fewer games than others.

rangers have some long breaks comin up. they also have the circus in spring, which screws stuff up

Not that I'm complaining or anything (well, maybe a little) but Buffalo has a couple of weird instances in their scheduling. For example, January consists of 5 home games followed by 6 road games. Also, they have to play 17 games in 31 days in March. Weird.
