NHL off-season thread

anyone doing hockeystreams instead of gamecenterlive this year? It's only $100 and includes all games (usually local blackouts) AND playoffs. It'd be great for me since we have 3 local teams (NYI/NYR/NJD) and Caps are blacked out a lot playing them often. And I can't sit in front of the tube the entire game. The DVR feature (which I don't have with tv) is a godsend.

Others have been using it for 3 years and for some reason the NHL hasn't shut it down.

Anyone interested in a fantasy hockey league? I've always wanted to try but never had enough interest locally.

I'm weak when it comes to knowing what goes on outside of the Nashville market and figure that, like fantasy football, this would be a good way to keep me interested.

I'll be down. I'm not much of a football person so some fantasy hockey will work for me.

Read that he nixed the deal with the Flyers and he was seen talking to the Wings yesterday....who are over the cap and have too many players signed....

They need to trade/release a couple of players, still can't believe they re-signed him, atleast it was kinda cheap although i hear there is talk of extending the contract during the year. Hopefully the signing doesn't hamper the young kids that are coming up from the AHL (Tatar/Nyquist)
