No, it's Chevrolet. I've seen Chevy dealers in Taiwan, this is how they translate Chevrolet into traditional Chinese.

Mom just translated it. Apparently its a name.

I asked her about the Chevron/Chevy connection, and its a strech. The spoken pronounciation CAN be streched into sounding like either.
