For RAM get TwinMOS or OCZ VX. Winbond UTT + 3.2vDIMM rocks.

For a PSU, I'd reccomend a Seasonic S12-500 or S12-600 if you really plan for SLI

ribbon13, hmm....

I'm not so concerned with the memory. Is that RAM really worth it? Or is two sets of 1gb(512mbx2) corsair value select stuff okay?

4 sticks of RAM = no no on an athlon 64. anything over 2 requires you to run in 2t mode, which is a big performance hit
