nforce4 SLI board cheaper then most...lol

I use ewiz.com parent company as one of my main distributors, if everything works OK they are great to deal with. Other than that there CS dept. is something to be desired of. RMA's take 6-8 weeks to clear. Getting a refund is very painfull. Buyer beware with ewiz.

an RMA from them might take a while but how many times are you gonna need an RMA especially with this item. I think if you decide to purchase this, well then why return it unless it's damaged. I don't think it's right to say "buyer beware with ewiz", plus take a look at the satisfaction ratings for this site, everywhere I have seen are pretty high. You seem to have an opinion based on bad experience with them, but this probably is just a rare case for this site, as with all sites out there, of course there are gonna be some bad experiences.

Like I said "if everything works OK they are great to deal with". I have six years exp with the parent company, they deal out of the same address with the same inventory. There CS department is horrible. Unless you find the problem within seven days of when it was first shipped. Then they are pretty responsive. Otherwise it will take six to eight weeks to get your replacement.

I purchased over 70k in product from them last year, I got some dead mobo's, it happens. If you don't test them or are selling them as retail and don't find the problem within a few days of receipt you will be stuck waiting for a long time. Ewiz is no different.

That is why "Buyer Beware". They are not your typical retailer. I can post up there eBay username if you are interested and you can read the pages of negative reviews based upon similar exp. Resellerratings is not everything, but it is a good start.

What's up with these SLI boards only having 2 PCI slots?? I need 3 and so few to choose from that are any good.

If I had the money, I'd go for it, but then I'd need to buy a new Processor, new Video Card, etc.

Here's another one. http://www.neoseeker.com/Articles/Hardware/Reviews/gak8nultrasli/index.html

That's exactly why I ended up with a MSI nForce 4 board.

Can't remember where I heard or read it...Tom's Hardware comes to mind as a possibility. Possibly The Register, likewise The Inquirer, - Overclockers, Anandtech, etc..

Although I personally haven't believed in the MAC since 1984, Firewire is much better and more advanced (IMHO) than USB. However, there is supposed to be a new USB standard around the corner to compete with the currently available 1394b.

I also didn't Google to try and figure out either, as I'm at a loss as to how to pose the query.
