Hmm the one I purchased was the Winchester i thought this was the same deal I bought the same board and processor for about the same a little less but it's not offered any longer with the deal I received. Well the processor is $250 if you purchase the OEM without the warranty yes.

agreed, this would only be hot if it were a winchester for this price

monarch has the retail 3500+ for $269 and newegg has the mb for $199 which totals $468 pre shipping. buying the combo saves $3 plus a little on shipping (unless you can pick the CPU up at monarch like i can)

So basically this is the cheapest price besides ZipZoomFly for this combo and it's still more expensive then this plus you are then ordering from two places while spending more even if it is a small amount of money save. The NForce4 boards are still out of stock at many places these are both in stock here. Sorry if people don't like the deal but hey, still cheaper then anywhere else thanks.

Considering I show $539 before shipping from Newegg (A8N-SLI Deluxe, 3500+ NC core Retail box), I'd say this is pretty damn good.

I still can't afford it tho 🙁

Thanks you kind sir, someone finally appreciates my post, from now own I will just keep the deals I find to myself. I thought this post was for "Hot Deals" so far nobody has a cheaper price on this and it's in stock here. It's a shame that other people here are out to police everyones deal without making valid points, if someone points it out for cheaper then I respect that greatly and will edit my post.

Thanks.

you cant look at our replies to your post and say that we dont appreciate it, but what that deal consists of is a msrp mobo and a slightly overpriced cpu (being the older core and all), which makes it feel very unappealing to most.

edit: and btw... newegg was never the best place to look for prices and consider it cheap because its more expensive there (60 dollar xp-90 anyone?)

True but hey I still don't have anyone posting it cheaper.

If you arent rich and you pay this much for hardware you should seek some sort of therapy. Look into the 12 steps
