Soundstorm was one of the features removed when they went with the one chip solution? Along with firewire and integrated graphics?
 
As hhas been reported, nVidia may offer SoundStorm as a separate PCI option. Of course, this begs the question of how well SS will stand up again the bigger players (Creative, Cirrus Login, etc.).
