nForce2 USB driver issue

I have a issue with a USB driver (on board nForce2) that wants to install a Enhanced USB controller. If I load it, upon reboot I get a stop error. Right now it is disabled.

I have two USB controllers listed in Device Manager. The 1st entry shows when opened;
two: "Standard OpenHCD" PCI to USB Controller", two: "USB Roott Hub" and one: "USB Printing Support"

The 2nd USB Controllers entry shows: "Universal Serial Bus Controller" (with a red X since I have it disabled).

I think the problem is I mistakenly installed a driver for a NEC USB controller card (that was in another box along side of this one) by mistake. Though there doesn't seem any reference to this driver (NEC) in the box in question. I also removed a Memory card reader (no drivers), but I believe the issue was before I removed this device.

Hope this made sense.
Any ideas?
