nForce2 Ultra & Dual Channel Config

I want to upgrade my brother's AthlonXP machine to 512MB (he currently has 1 256MB DIMM of Kingmax DDR333). I was going to get another Kingmax DIMM this morning, but it went out of stock at Newegg. Thus, do you think it's okay to use a DIMM by another manufacturer as long as the clock frequency and latency are the same? BTW, the motherboard is a Shutlle AN35 Ultra (supporting dual channel DDR). Thanks.
