I know the nForce2 motherboard in the Shuttle SN41G2 provides dual vga outputs.

The EPoX 8RGA+ will have it, if it ever gets here :p The Leadtek K7NCR18G-Pro also has it.

I'd love to get the Twin View or even 1 if Vid cards could be added and used with the onboard Vid but from my understanding it's 1 way or the other??? Please correct me if I'm wrong

Official and confirmed, you can peruse the manual in PDF format here :D Page 30 shows the dual VGA-outs on the I/O panel.

Edit: interestingly, the manual shows that the 8RGA+ has the 2 x 2 auxiliary 12V fitting typical of a Pentium4 system.

mm...no serial ports, thus no serial console and no external modem ;(

Can anyone recommend a good gaming 3d nVidia based TwinView (DualHead) card ?

Actually, it does have two serial ports, look on page 38 of the manual. They're on a PCI blank instead of on the I/O panel. As for a good TwinView nVidia gaming card, I would look for a Ti4600, considering that the next-gen games are going to be very demanding (if you can afford one).
