Which of the SoundStorm enabled nForce2 boards have fully working ASIO drivers? I don't want to put Creative crap in my computer, and money is tight, so I can't get a "real" sound card, so I'm looking for a board with ASIO drivers that runs with decent latency. Also, I'm planning on putting an XP2100+ in and overclocking (of course), so I want something that gives me at least a 10% overclock. Stability is more important than raw speed, but both would be nice :).

No ASIO on nForce. If you want ASIO at a decent price you'll need one of the M-Audio cards.

I wouldn't mind having two sound cards. The only issue this brings up is that when I'm gaming (which I do about as much as working with music), I would want to use the nForce2 sound. AFAIK, most games don't let you choose which sound card to use, so I'd be stuck using whichever one DirectX enumerates first. So I'd have to set up hardware profiles and restart every time I want to switch from music apps to games. Am I right about this? I could be wrong since I don't have any personal experience working with multiple sound cards.

There is no elegant solution to your problem. Creative cards are best for games but suck at everything else including ASIO. If you want to go the dual card route, check out the forums at www.3dss.com, people there can probably give you instruction.
