nForce: when will it come out and what are your thoughts

If nForce is going to have the best integrated graphics, audio, and include HyperTransport in the mix, don't you think that EVERYONE will want this solution.

Nvidia specifically said that they are aiming this chipset toward mid to high range desktops, meaning price will not be an issue for most people.

Do you guys think that nForce will be a smash hit, or will it just be accepted into the mainstream as just "another" decent solution.

Also, does anyone know what OEMs will be offering nForce the earliest (which OEM is the most committed)

It seems like nVidia is in big trouble with the nForce, and that it doesn't offer all the things (dolby5.1, network, speed and stability) that nVidia promised us. Allmost all mobos build from the nForce seems to be microATX :-( However, Asus has built an ATX sample, the NF266, which is an ATX one.
If it goes like that, I don't think I will get a mb with the nForce. But, you know, stay tuned...

Don't be too sure about that report, it seemed like a fishy source. We'll have to wait and see, I would except nVidia to clear this up if it isn't true.
