Did it ever occur to you that that price is insanely high compared to others?

The key word here folks is "pre-order" If you read my post you will see, I said this is the only store thats shipping that board no "pre-order" meaning it can be in your greedy lil hands by the end of this week. now you see thats why the price is what it is.

Chicago (IL) - Gigabyte will announce Friday a graphics card running two graphics processors on one board. According to sources, the SLI card will lift current 3DMark2003 record levels by a significant margin while being priced lower than ATI's and Nvidia's single-GPU high-end cards.

Ain't gonna do much good if the board doesn't make production or sells for $400 🙁. I'm beginning to tire of price gouging, and $400 is just retarded. People, i beg of you to wait till' january when prices go down and the CEO's finally get the boot on that the average pc geek (myself included) don't feel like dishing out enough money for a 6800gt for a mobo.

Ok, I'm happy to report that i just recieved via FEDEX a brand new Gigabyte GA-K8NXP-SLI mobo. I was so happy I tried to kiss the FEDEX driver. Of course she threatened to call the cops and being I am one, well thats another story, Gigabyte really outdone themselves this time. From the classy green double box packaging w/rubber tube covered rope handles to the plethera of cables that came bundled. 8 SATA cables that are color coded mind you(4 red for NVIDIA and 4 burnt orange for SIL-Sata 5)+ 4 countem 4 sets of 2 SATA to Molex adapters all for what i thought was a honest price from (zipzoomfly.com)of just $299.00 and free 2 day on time shipping. I could go on & on but i would like to finally get this rig up & running. By the way i sent back those 2 XFX 6800 gt pcie's and got 2 Bfg 6800 gt oc pcie's from (chumbo.com)for $399.00 each w/lifetime warranty free shipping & not to mention theyr'e overclocked out of the box for $100.00 less per card.
