nForce 4 ETA?

I am spec-ing out a system to build in the next week.

I was hoping to use an nForce 4 (non-SLI) chipset, but I can't seem to find any for sale.

Anybody have an ETA on these?

if you can wait until january, the price will probably be down to <$150. zipzoomfly, ike pretty much every other computer parts company is price gouging on newly released, high demand parts.
