Yep too hot. If it runs ok when cool (turn system off for a while) but crashes when it heats up, classic heat issue. Leadtek is notorious for this, I had 2 different Leadteks board overheat and crash. If I were you I'd stay away from that brand.

Try running with the case open or something. If heat is the problem, luckily there are things you can do. Get a better case fan(s). I bought 2 Thermaltake temp-sensing auto-speed fans for my AMD and the case runs almost 10C cooler on a hot day. What I did with Leadtek board when the fan failed is I bought a Thermaltake "Blue Orb" cooler for $10, I dunno if they are still available, this was for a GF2. Took up the space for the 1st PCI slot but it was worth it... (Leadtek said they would replace it for me but no guarantees the replacement would last any longer than the original did - about 5 months - so for $10 I said hell with it..)

my athlon xp 2100+ is at 48C
system at 32 C
winfast 310 GPU temperature is 69C, ambient is 34C , i think it is the heat problem
yup open case doesn't help

If your card is hitting 69C and is only dropping 1 or 2 degrees with the case open, then the fan on your card must be dead. If you haven't checked it already you should right away. Btw, link didn't work.
