The difference is when Ozzie does it, the team responds and goes on tears. Remember when Ozzie had that rant this year in early June when he threatened to change up the lineup? The team went on a 7 game winning streak afterwards.

Niners are a mentally and physically weak team with little talent..playing smashmouth football, which I think of as a Titans/Jags style of running the ball and pounding it up the middle on every down, but that's not who the Niners are. Such a system would gain them 1/2 yards every down and lead to ultimate failure..
