Discussion NFL: Wild Card Weekend

My predictions:

(1) Bills - The Colt D should make it interesting but Buffalo is too much.

(2) Seahawks - The best Sat matchup by far IMO... could go either way.

(3) Bucs - The run of good luck for WFT ends here.

(4) Ravens - Going against my gut here. Could also go either way.

(5) Saints - In a blowout

(6) Steelers - The Browns barely hung on without Ben playing.

I'm not exactly going out on a limb here I know! 😉

Can you do the same analysis with the spread?

Colts
Hawks
Bucs

Titans
Saints
Steelers

The only upset I see as possible is the Colts winning, and I only say that because I'm cheering for them.

I would swap in the Titans and the Rams.

I'm a big Frank Reich fan but I don't believe the Colts D strong as it is can slow down Josh Allen/the Bills.

Frankly I'm not sure anyone does this season although KC may be able to out-score them.

Honestly not a fan of the expanded playoffs. It should still be 12 teams. Just feels watered down when basically half the league gets into the playoffs.

Indy defense looks STRONG so far and the ground-game as well. At this point the Colts are dominating field-position and the line of scrimmage.

Really what I'm rooting for here is a good game! 🙂

I'm sure your looking forward to tonight! 😉
30-17 loss Washington is my feel.

But hey, Tommy might surprise the other way. Hope there's some kryptonite in that NFC East vault.

Or Heinecke somehow steals Romo and Warner's spirit and plays the game of his life.......

Is this football or hockey?

How many posts have been hit this season?

Every aspect of the NFL kicking-game has gone to crap this season ... I have no explanation. Swear I've seen more FG attempts hit an upright this year then in the entire rest of the 45+ years I've been a fan!

Good decision not kicking that FG awhile back for Indy lol ... mistakes like that get seriously amplified in the playoffs. May be their undoing.

Indy has left a lot of plays on the field. Drops by Taylor. Not taking the points, that dumb offsides.
They would be in a much better spot if they simply executed. Leading in a upset, in fact.

I get why Zack Moss wanted to fight for yards.

But sometimes, self-preservation applies to RBs too. Just get low and start falling. You'll live to see another game.
