Now that that's our of my season, here is my review.
Cowboys:
Carter is signifigantly improved, but is still a young QB and he shows it. He gets rattled easily, which results in poor decisions. Hambrick I'm not too impressed with, but with the FB Anderson running well, and the occasional speedy run by Cason, it gets the job done. WR's are the strength of the offense, doing very well. Defense is playing great. People aren't noticing Terrance Newman because he isn't getting a lot of picks, but tahts a good thing, QB's aren't even throwing at him. Roy Williams is stepping it up HUGE, announcers are ALREADY calling him a future hall of famer(and he's in his 2nd year). Cundiff is doing much better than last year, and Gowin is doing better than his numbers show. Overall, I'm pretty impressed by the team, they still have a ways to go, but the NFC East is theirs for the taking.
Now, I will review the Eagles. Why? Because I live in Philly.
QB: McNabb sucks. AJ Feely isn't better. You guys are in trouble unless he gets out of this funk.
RB: I wouldn't want any of them on my team. Westbrook and Buckhalter are 1-dimensional, Staley is the best of the 3, but not spectacular at anything.
WR: They suck. Horrible. Biggest weakness on the offense. Thrash and Pinkston both would make a *decent* 2nd receiver, neither is that dominant go-to guy. This year they can't get open, but when they do and McNabb actually gets them the ball, they can't catch it.
Line: I think a line is doing well when it gives the QB .5 seconds to throw, don't you?
Defense: The defense is doing pretty well considering all of the injuries. Defense always carried this team, but they just lost another one on Sunday. If they are EVER healthy, they *might* make the Eagles a decent team again. Might.
Akers: The only guy on this team that is any good right now.
