Surprised there is no thread on this yet! :hmm:

Jets @ Colts Sunday 3:00 PM ET on CBS

Vikings @ Saints Sunday 6:40 PM ET on Fox

So who are you guys picking? I think the Jets will upset the Colts (not sure why, just have a feeling) and the Saints will hold serve at home (Favre has been crap on the road outdoors recently IIRC and Harvin may be out).

The Jets' luck will run out, Revis cant cover everyone and Manning will exploit it early and often. This will shape up just like the Baltimore game did since they're very similar teams.

I'm sick of the MinnaBrett Farvings and I want them to go away, so I voted for Who Dat.

puhl should be:

colts cover
colts win but jets + points
jets win

and

saints cover
saints win but vikings + points
vikings win

because we all know the NFL isn't nearly as big if there isn't so much action

Saints play indoor though. the only outdoor game left in the playoffs is te superbowl. which unless the Jets make it will be played by indoor teams.

I'll take the Colts and Saints. Revis can't cover everyone and Manning has gotten huge games out of Garcon and Collie. I wouldn't' be surprised if the Colts decide to pound on the ground a few drives.

That and I think Mark Sanchez will be pressured by the Colts defense into committing some ill advised throws. Flacco look very good last year, making little mistakes in teh playoffs and have McClain, Mcgahee and the Ravens do the grinding but did poorly in AFC championship.

Colts and Saints

Saints win a close one over Minnesota. I'm calling it 24-31 Saints.

Colts barely beat the Jets. 17-21 Colts with the final Colts score coming near the end of the 4th quarter.

Saints utterly destroy the Colts in the SB. 17-38 Saints

Saints over Minnesota

Colts double digit victory over Jets, maybe even a blowout, but I thought the Jets would get blown out last weekend too 🙂 - Would LOVE to see the Jets beat the Colts for giving up on a perfect season against the Jets earlier this year.

Should of stuck with my original pre-season superbowl pick of Saints vs Colts. That was my first instict, then I later changed it to Saints vs Pats :/ That was before I knew they would be getting rid of all their defense though.

Wow lots of Viking picks. I want Farve to do it but I think the Saints will be able to outlast them. I forsee the Colts destroying the Jets.

Wow, barely anyone is picking the Jets. Colts are tough, but the Jets seem to have their mojo going. :hmm:

I would love to see Jets vs Vikings, but in reality, I think it is going to be Colts vs. Saints.

Vikings really don't play well on the road and I don;t think the Jets will get it done. If Sanchez gets better and they retain the rest of their team, I think the Jets will be fearsome in years to come.

I want them to beat the Colts though, because then they would have beaten both teams that essentially let them into the playoffs (bengals/colts).

I agree. Manning will just throw the ball to where Revis is not.

Man, I sure hope the Colts win. Jets, specifically Ryan, are so annoying. Jets D looks pretty good so far though.
