My opinion is based on the fact I am not a fan.
I think the NFL has a little too much power in controlling something thats theoretically a national pastime. Of course, if people insist on watching the Super Bowl just for the fucking commercials then I'd say its Americas fault for letting the NFL get away with over commercializing something to the point that the NFL is now its own worst enemy.
I think they should be considered 32 small businesses and if needed, should be broken up.
I have no idea how far this is in the Supreme Court. I know my mom is in the Supreme Court this week but thats for a different issue entirely. When searching for news I saw the NFL stuff, so I thought I'd post it.
