i saw the 49'er qb controversy article(?!) was already up on espn before the game

/nvm it was just mcafe show

I haven't watched/listened to sports talk on tv or radio in a long time. Not since The Jungle or Papa Joe Chevalier.

I don't believe we have a qb controversy, but we definitely have a luxury in having a backup qb we can count on to put the team on his back and just ball out. MJ will be playing as a starter on a team next year for sure. Brock is our guy because he got paid, good or bad. I just don't think he was ready to come back for the Jags game. That being said, MJ was broken after that game lol his post game he looked looked like he was just in a daze of disbelief and pain still.

One thing is clear, our o-line just sucks, and it's showing in the red zone. No rushing TDs after 5 games is a huge problem. At least we have a reliable kicker also. Moody would not have made that 55+ yarder lol

I concur with your assessment of the situation. JFC 0 rushing TDs is disgusting. Only team left in the NFL without a rushing TD. Total bullshit

The show is fine, it's a bunch of guys talking about sports... like a bunch of guys would talk about sports. I never really understood the whole this is PROFESSIONAL sports, we gotta be SUPER SERIOUS.

I'm not worried about any QB controversy. Would be nice to get some draft capital or player capital rehabilitating these QB's tho.

Yeah I don't watch it regularly or anything but definitely catch clips of it. Those guys are entertaining.

It's basically just a group of guy shooting the shit about sports, just like anyone would do with their boys if they are sitting around on a Sunday before the games start.

Most injured team beats least injured team. >11% of entire NFL IR salary comes from 9ers. ~0.02% for the Rams. Being able to compete with the best in the league while that injured is insane. Top 3 WR out. Watching the Rams go for it on 4th and 1 instead of tying it up was surreal to watch. The 9ers couldn't stop the Rams from marching pretty much the whole second half of the game and the 9er offense was sputtering. If they had to send MJ out for another drive he looked like he'd have a heart attack right there. MJ was banged tf up. Looked like he was wretching on the field after his last drive. Kick the field goal, watch 9ers go 3 and out, and get another FG or TD is how it likely would have went. Rams gifted them that win.
