NF8 Reboot problem.

Just installed an abit nf8 s754 and an a64 3200. it boots and gets past post, but reboots before getting to winxp screen. basically right after post there is a black screen, a flash of a blue screen/writing, then it reboots. ive tried to boot in safe mode, but to no avail.
 
You can try just one stick of memory or a different power supply. If you're getting to post, I would check the boot order in the bios and be sure the cd is first. You will probably have to format and do a fresh install of windows.
 
You can try a repair install but yes, unless the mobos are very similar (chipset etc.) you can't usually just do a swap & expect XP to run fine.
