Nf7s v.2 audio problem

I am encountering a problem with Soundstorm. When I want to run it/open it I get the error report "sndstorm.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience." This is displayed with the Microsoft error report "send or don't send" menu. Any advice? By the way this is a new mobo from Newegg and I have not done any bios updating. Is this an issue?

Thanks, yes I did install the drivers the first time, but I will try and re-install them.
