NF7 won't boot

I just got a nf7 rev2.0 and 1700 dlt3c. I just installed them in my case.

system specs:
nf7 rev2.0
1700 dlt3c
9700 pro
Antec 430W power supply
80gig seagate

 
What memory do you have and in what configuration? I just had to replace my BIOS chip on my NF7-S R2 and when I first turned it on after reassembly I had the same thing. To fix the problem I had to rearrange the memory modules and put them into Slots 1 and 3. With memory in Slot 2 my system wouldn't POST and I got the same beep as you.

This was today by the way.
 
The memory I'm using is Corsair XMS PC3500 (2 x 512MB sticks). Hopefully this fixes your problem as it did for me.
