NF7-S V2 Dual Channel Memory question

Ok I am currently running 2 sticks of 256 MB of Kingston Hyper-X DDR 400 in dual channel mode. If I add a 512 MB stick (in DIMM bank 2) of Kingston Hyper-X DDR 400 will that interfear with the dual channel operation of the other two sticks? Will it cause any negitive effects?
