nf2 chipset questions ??!??

is the chipset temp measured off the northbridge, the southbridge, or some kinda average of the two ??

what vdd are you all running on your nf2 systems ??
what is your chipset temp ???

i just added a copper P3 heatsink with a 40mm 5100rpm fan to my northbridge along with a large aluminum heatsink on my southbridge

that cooling sounds nice. you shouldn't have a problem with temps.

i'm running 1.85V with a vantec copper iceburg and a zalman passive. no problems here.

too much money for NB cooler.

COOLMASTER CH5-5K12 Socket 7/370 Cooler(Heatpipe HSF) for NB and it perfectly fits on my 8RDA+. no adhesive.

How well does the CH5-5K12 cool? Personally, I like the NorthPole... Designed for chipset cooling, solid copper, and a quiet, shrouded fan. Very high quality, and from just handling it, worth the $$ IMO. There is also an Intel adapter kit that shoud be available next month. 😉

How well does the CH5-5K12 cool?

NB never goes over 33c(25-28c room temp) at 210fsb

my nb stays around 22 to 27 depending on room temp and load
