Hi All,
I've been wanting a Nexus 4 for a while but we haven't even been able to order one since Dec 3rd in Canada.
Well today, I was able to pick one up for $425.00 brand new off Kijiji. (Like Craigs List in Canada)
It's the 8GB model (I would order the 16GB). He gave me the Google Receipt, it cost him $368 shipped.
First thing - Mine connects to Bell's LTE network after one little change of a setting! So happy there.
2nd - Screen is awesome. I'm coming from a 32GB Xperia S with a 4.3 720p screen. Even though it's a higher PPI, the Nexus 4 is way brighter and colors are a lot more vivid.
3rd - I really dig the on screen buttons - The Xperia S is a beautiful phone and I really liked it, but it's buttons were super unresponsive and annoying. You had to hit a tiny spot just right.
4th - Smooth - My Xperia S is very smooth, but the Nexus 4 is on another level. It feels like its running on a SSD. Love the vanilla experience.
So far, very happy. I use the XM Radio app for majority of my music, so I rarely listen to MP3's. I think 8GB will be fine.
Shoot me any requests if you want!
