Crystal Clear. The frosted clear was pretty much a white case imho. We'll see what it's made of when I get it. Which one did you order and did you get it already?

The crystal clear had the word "hard case" in it's description which is why I didn't get it, while all the others had the word soft and flexible in it. A hard case doesn't protect the phone, it only redirects the impact. A soft flexible case on the other hand absorbs the shock impact. I got the frosted clear. Also, the fact that there were no images of the crystal clear was a red flag to me. I got mine already and can open it if you want, but the reviews and images are not any different from what is on Amazon.

I see that there are now reviews for the crystal clear version thrown into the mix.
When I ordered on Tuesday, there were no such reviews of the crystal clear version and I didn't want to be the first to beta test the product. All the reviews were either black or frosted clear.

Yeah I wanted to as well, then I chipped it on the sidewalk. It's like a car - the first ding makes you care a little less about the ones that will inevitably follow.

Got it today! Here are some pics

Yes, it's hard plastic but has a bit of flex due to not being very thick. Fits the phone perfectly and really adds no bulk to the phone. Cutouts are big enough to not interfere with any of the buttons/ports. As you can tell from one of the images, it really doesn't provide any protection to the screen as the edges of the case are only about 1mm higher than the screen. And no protection for the top and bottom of the phone.

The back has already developed some faint scratches. I'll try and use some glass polish I have to see if I can remove them. With shipping, the case was $15 which is probably at the upper end I would pay for a case like this.

Took a couple of weeks but got this case today and I like it.

Full coverage and provides probably a 2mm lip around the front to provide better protection than the other case. Nexus and LG shows thru the back. And the best thing, it was only $3.
