Nexus 10 still a good tablet? any other 10in Android tablets?

It's tricky, because Android typically hasn't fared that well at the 10-inch size, particularly in the budget realm. A Nexus 10 may be decent if just because it's relatively cheap... but it's still around $399 new. Personally, I'd go for the Tab Pro 8.4 or G Pad 8.3 instead -- better to get a good mid-size tablet than a larger one that's aging.

I'm not expecting a new Nexus 10 at Google I/O -- I wouldn't be surprised if Google released that fabled Nexus 8 instead. Android has historically done poorly at the 10-inch size, since Google doesn't do nearly enough to encourage optimized apps for those screens. The iPad is generally better if you want a 10-inch display, since the ecosystem is on another level.
