Nextel sucks bad! Ripping me off!

So I signed up last march for a nextel phone with a years contract. I had bad credit, so they wouldnt even let me sign up until I put down a $500 deposit. I really needed a phone so I did. I did a check over the phone thing. So anyways my agreement ran out march 3rd. And I asked when I would be getting my deposit back. They said, "what deposit" , you never game us $500. Our records show nothing, so prove it. I am royaly pissed off. They say a bank statement will do. So I go to my bank and get one. The problem is I did it by check over phone. So all the my statement says is that there was a $500 check with the check number taken out. But it doesnt say by who. So I dont know if they will even accept that. I yelled at the bitch on the phone to talk to a manager and she kept saying ok I will get a manager, but then she kept comming back saying, " ahh, sir, my manager told me to tell you, blah, blah. The freaking managers wouldnt even talk to me. This is crap! And you wonder why people go postal. Lol, Bastards!

While you're at it, why don't you bitch at the bank too. It doesn't sound right that a bank can give out your money and not keep (or provide you with) some sort of record of whom it was given too.

You can get a copy of the $500 draft from your bank. Simple as that.
