nextcard busted

how many of you guys have nextcards? apparently they've been having money problems and laid off 90%. now their site is down. coincidentally my card expires this month, but it still works. i bought gas with it yesterday. what will happen when they are bankrupt? who will collect on their loans? should i go buy a car with it right now?
