Probably Konami throwing random things all over the place.

Unless the title Tornado Outbreak is very deceiving of the actual gameplay, it just doesn't seem like something Kojima would invest his time on. Then again, he may just want to do some strange stuff.

It being a multiplatform game is also strange, at least that alone could just be gamefly filling in an unknown detail. But if it were multiplatform, including Wii, that would suggest Kojima would be making a game on a far different scale than we all expect.

That, and I still demand a current-gen Zone of the Enders game. Kojima... you want to make Z.O.E. 3, yes?

Oh, and the title Tornado Outbreak - just sounds so, not Kojima. Metal Gear Solid and all the sequel titles, Zone of the Enders & ZOE2 The Second Runner... Tornado Outbreak? hmmm

You all can stroke Kojima's co^H^H ego by speculating about what this might be, but I'll hold off on caring until something is announced.

Looks like its going to be this. Using a screenshot of when the Lightning goes off, April 2007 is on the bottom, which coincides with this announcement.
