Next Upgrade...?

I'm debating, my CPU or my Mobo/Ram.

I'm currently running a

Athlon 1.13 @ 1.2
Abit KT7a v1.3 (support for AthlonXPs)
512mb generic SDR
GF3Ti200 @ 240/544

My videocard is fine. But, I don't have any money now, I'll get some soon, is a DDR Chipset such a big improvement over just a very fast processor?

If I do plan on upgrading my CPU, I'd hope at least a AthlonXP1800 or faster...

Not sure on the Mobo/Memory yet...

Your ideas?

Yes, the older revisions of the board, supports only 1.4ghz Athlon Tbirds, while the v1.3 supports AthlonXPs.

If I was in your situation, I would go for a CPU upgrade. You can always replace the mobo/RAM at a later date.

Yeah, I think a CPU would be a bigger upgrade than mobo/RAM. I think the difference between DDR and SDR is ~10-20%, which, while providing a nice boost, its not as big as a faster CPU (not to mention more expensive).
