so yeah i am thinking of changing the mb buying a Q9450 and another 8800gt and get 2 liquid vga coolers. i just don't know which mb or should i just go ddr3 and sell the processor mb, ram, and buy a cheap 9600gt to go with that little pack 😛

Changing to a Q9450, getting another 8800GT + liquid cooling, would slowly move you up to the high end. DDR3 is still a waste.

What you have is a good mid-range PC.
