Now, anyone plan to explain to me how to calculate how many blocks i'm flushing at this rate?

I recently clocked down to 700Mhz from my 1Ghz since all my other components aren't up to snuff and the extra 300Mhz just wasn't being used. But i just downloaded Rc5 and am wondering about the advisability of bring my CPU to it's height again.
