ugh. i sat through all of "benders big score" and it was painful. i was pretty disappointed

I didn't like Bender's Big Score that much either, although I said the same about the series in general when I watched it for the first time, but after a couple viewings I thought it was hilarious.

Pretty sure they're gunna air all four movies before they start airing the episodes.

"Benders Big Score" airs in 4 pieces in just a few days - I didn't care for it much compared to the regular 22min episodes. And I own them all.

It wasn't bad, but it simply wasn't as epic as the classic episodes of futurama: amazon women in the mood, farnsworth parabox, time keeps on slippin, teenage mutant leela's hurdles, etc.

I dunno, maybe I just saw it at the apex of my Futurama obsession, but I loved it. Was giggling for days. Can't wait for new ones.

Farnsworth Parabox - excellent.
The Sting - also quite good.
Three Hundred Big Boys was also amusing. "What-hey-wai.....arrroooooooo!"


I have yet to see Bender's Big Score.

I too was VERY disappointed in Bender's Big Score. Interesting story line and ZERO jokes. But I'm still excited about any new material. They did 50 funny episodes and one unfunny movie, the odds are in their favor for this one being good.

i didn't care for the movie either, i love the episodes and watch atleast one every day nearly. The movie's only really funny line for me was "An Heroic Invasion" from Zapp.

I didn't like it the first time i watched it, but after seeing it a second time I can assure you it's quite good.

It was just too much at once. Futurama is great in doses, like 2 different 30 min eps back to back. I don't want to watch one 90 min ep.

exactly. futurama's value increases the more you watch it

And it was their first thing after a few years off. Hopefully they're back in gear now.

I have yet to find anyone that thought Bender's Big Score was good. I watched it once, tried a second time but had to turn it off once those stupid aliens came into the story line.
