I was just wondering if there is a particular reason why buttons are used on the threads page to move between pages, whereas links are used in the message pages. Personally I prefer links, because I hate the little dialog boxes that pop up about information being sent unprotected when I use random computers.

It wouldn't be possible to encode the hidden fields into the url like
Next? Sorry not familiar with ColdFusion.

You know when you first use a browser, whenever you submit a form over an unsecured connection, it warns you that the "Connection is not encrypted.. yaddda yadda.. you may be submitting personal information whatever..", and it gives you the option to disable that warning. I don't have a problem with that at home. But when I visit a random computer, or use the labs I hate having the box pop up. And it only pop up on form submissions (which buttons act as).
