I have dsl connection and a hub.. and i wanna download from newsgroups but most servers will only allow one ip. anyone know if there are any that allow 2?

In most instances, whether you have one PC or ten PCs connected via the same DSL connection-- you share a single public IP address as far as any website or public server knows or cares. This is because your DSL router actually has the public IP address, and uses NAT to share the connection with any PCs you might have.
So in this case, you have nothing to worry about.
