News Saturns released!

Okay, I may be the only Saturn fan on the planet, but they released some new models (just got an email):

http://www.saturn.com/saturn/SaturnIndex.jsp

Including new "Aura" sedan, larger "Outlook" SUV (available early 2007), and hybrid "Vue Green Line" SUV. And of course, the "Sky" roadster. Mmmm 🙂

So how is the weather where you've been living all this time?

You know, under a rock.
In a hole.
In a cave.
In a secluded canyon.
On Mars.
With your eyes shut and your fingers in your ears.

For a Saturn fan...you sure seem be behind the times. Aura's and Sky's have been around for a bit now. I've seen a number of both of them driving around these parts for at least a month or two (longer for the Sky...not so long for the Aura).

Someone here at work already drives a new Saturn Aura...the car looks a lot "fatter" in person--very German looking (not sure what actual width is compared to other Epsilon cars though.)

Yeah Sky has been out for awhile. Aura hasn't been available around here, where are you at?

What's your overall impression of it? Seems like it has less glass than the ION models...that's one thing I love about my ION sedan, it's like a huge window to the world, makes it real easy to look around when shifting lanes and whatnot.

On a side note...I do like the new Aura and Sky...

I saw a Sky in person...it was pretty hot. Silver. Much better looking than the pictures.

Notice it says "released", not "announced" in my thread title 😉

And it's cold here, thanks for asking.

whats a news saturn?

Maybe he omitted a punctuation mark such as

News! Saturns released!
or
News; Saturns released
or possibly
News, "Saturns released."

Or maybe there is a gang called the "News Saturns" who just got out of jail for good behavior?

Maybe he added and extra space and "Newssaturns" is some guy's name.

The front and side actually look pretty good but the rear is just hideous.

I saw an Aura on the road today for the first time. It doesnt impress me and there is nothing striking about the car IMO. I've seen a few Skys and they look great.

Yes, old news.

However, still sexy and exciting.

I wonder if they'd make a Sky Green Line...or if I'd be the only one who'd care 😉

(And why would I want it? Pure whimsy...)
