I love it....but I'm a bit biased. I was checking w/the Parts dept. and there some cool add-ons for the Element. You can even replace the seats with a material the same as those of wetsuits.

You can do that with any car. Bodyglove makes seatcovers for most cars that are made out of wetsuit materials.

It may be seatcovers...I'll have to check on that tomorrow but my first impression was that it was a fabric replacement, not a cover, and thus covered by the Honda Factory Warranty, too.
