BTW, I will need to borrow about 120-130K b/c of the following news

Craziest Nissan Skyline yet

Nissan?s NISMO folks are launching the craziest version of the mighty R34 Skyline GT-R, the Z-tune. Z-tune fea-tures 500 hp and 400 lb-ft of torque from a totally reworked 2.8-liter race-bred engine (up from a 2.6-liter). Other modifications include carbon fiber front bumper, hood, front fenders and chassis reinforcements. We hear they?re building only 20 of these for worldwide sale and they go on sale Dec. 20 for $166,000. call NISMO overseas sales department (tel. 011 81-3-3767-1930) for more info.

Too much for that car. At that price you could get yourself into a 360 Modena, 996TT, SL55, DB9...

It's a great car, but it's still a Nissan. 😉

waste of money when you consider the calibur of other cars available at the same price point (i.e. ford gt god damn it).

No kidding.

Hmmm... I've got 160k to spend. Should I buy an Aston Martin or a souped up Nissan?

Is that price in USD?
That is ridiculous considering you can get more power (over 1000 hp) from the 2.6 engine with less money.

Does posting that sales number mean this car is US legal?
I doubt it... very misleading.

What about the Ford GT?
Great car, but it's still a Ford.

They do, never seen a G35 before? Those are the new Skylines

And you can't bitch about the price, this car is clearly meant to be a collectors item.
