News anchor doesn't know he's on air *nsfw

I feel guilty laughing at this guy's expense but can't help it. Both he and the co-anchor were obviously flustered by his obliviousness. He even forgot into which camera he should be looking.
 
It was his first day on the job! (and last, too)

Might have been the first words he ever uttered on the air.

But everyone in broadcasting knows not to curse when you are miked, because you never know.

Yea, but they hired a rookie and probably did so for the lower $$'s that a seasoned person would have brought, if they kept him on despite the gaff the station might have garnered a reputation of one of forgiveness and actually gained viewers..

The part where he said "I'm used to um...being from the east coast" is the best part. 😀

Overall though seems like a pretty low-rent newscast. Not exactly a high quality production there in North Dakota.
