I agree. I doubt this Cop will still be on the force and will never be charged. He will probably just get a reprimand in this file.

No you don't. I was a cop/soldier for about 4 years and can count on one hand how many life or death situations I was in. However, the uknown is always a bitch, which is why sometimes cops overreact. Hopefully he'll be punished.
