So, how exactly does one lie about this amount of information and no one catches any of it before the election???

The list of offenses (not necessarily complete) is pretty impressive: Voter registration fraud, theft/fraud (in Brazil), false reporting on election docs ... It'll also be interesting to see if someone finds out how he went from not being able to pay rent and bouncing checks to having hundreds of thousands to millions of dollars available.

The 34-year-old New Yorker, elected in a Long Island district that President Joe Biden won fairly easily two years earlier, became the first openly gay Republican to win a House seat as a non-incumbent.
...

Voters were told, for example, that Santos attended NYU. The school has no record of a student matching his name or birth date. He also said he graduated in 2010 from Baruch College, which also “could find no record of anyone matching his name and date of birth graduating that year.”

The Republican then supposedly worked at Citigroup as “an associate asset manager.” The finance giant has no record of his employment — or his supposed title. He also claimed to spend some time at Goldman Sachs, which came as a surprise to Goldman Sachs.

Santos claimed to help run a tax-exempt organization that the Internal Revenue Service has never heard of, and also claimed to own a company — the Devolder Organization — that is “something of a mystery.” The Times added, “And while Mr. Santos has described a family fortune in real estate, he has not disclosed, nor could The Times could find, records of his properties.”

Santos defeated Democrat Robert Zimmerman in a newly drawn district covering parts of Queens and some nearby Long Island suburbs, flipping control to Republicans, who dominated the New York suburbs on their way to winning a House majority.

Republicans don't care.

You will always find that any organization that confers power, social standing and reputation as a member will be infiltrated by a criminal element. It provides both the opportunity to commit profitable crimes but camouflage against prosecution. The best choice for membership are ones already full of active users. That would be the Republican party in spades.

Not surprised. But then, every human lies.

FTFY.

But the real question is what do they lie about and is it material? In this case it appears he lied about who he is and that is very material to the question of if people would have voted for him if they knew the truth.

Not surprised. But then, every politician lies.

Troll sheep like you are the reason elected officials get away with lies and corruption.
Because everytime someone tries to hold an elected official accountable, you have bleat something about the other side, thus ensuring that neither is held accountable.
You and those like you literally are the sheep that Orwell wrote about in Animal Farm. You are the corrupt politician's greatest asset. Their favorite useful idiots.

Now go create your own thread if you want to talk about Biden.

I do believe you've gone and entirely missed the point AGAIN.

This thread makes you APPEAR to be a straight-up tool who was just waiting with baited breath to post a negative about Biden and not much else.... was that the objective?

Que you not getting it again in 3.. 2.. 1.. :confused_old:

Some people's "agendas" are glaringly obvious despite strident claims to the contrary.

Pretty much trashes any logical argument they try to make.
One of the main differences between liberals and conservatives is that liberals think logically while conservatives are emotional.

So the liberal sees bothsidesing as blatant non sequitor. Political lies and corruption are dealt with case by case, not by party lines. Just like how crime is addressed. To liberals, bothsidesing is a counterproductive distraction to solving the problem of political corruption.

Conservatives OTOH are emotional and have their egos wrapped up in their partisan identities. So unlike liberals, they're far more concerned with launching a counterattack against the egos and partisan identities on the other side than they are with addressing the problem of political corruption. Because in their minds, that problem can't be solved, therefore it's all about who gets punished.

LOL @ "loving" an insult. :D ;)

I'm big on self-deprecating humor myself but that's taking things a bit far.

I guess another story is breaking how he doesn't have the Ukrainian Jewish roots he claims.

Have we even confirmed he's an actual person and not an AI generated candidate?
Is he really even gay?
