What is the newest Dreamcast browser out there? Is there a 3.0 yet?

Unless something changed VERY recently, the latest version is 2.0 (just got a replacement CD for my mom so she can play Swirl). Use the NetBSD or Linux port to the DCast and run Mozilla 🙂 (No idea if this is possible).

Woah, I went to that site and it said that it might flash the internal number and cause PSO to not work, is this true???

No idea. I've played PSO twice in the last 3 months. I suppose it's possible if it modifies any settings internally. Try it on a friend's DCast first 🙂

Not particularly. I'm taking the dreamcast up anyway though, and I do run serveral websites, so it would be nice if I could keep and eye on them.

i believe the latest version is 3.0 although i'm not sure if it's released to the public yet. i do have a copy of 2.6. seems to load much faster than 2.0.

2.6 is the one at the link Rendus posted. It also said the PSO thing...is that true?

Save up and get a laptop you can get a decent Celeron 600-700 with 128MB RAM, 10GB hard drive, CD or DVD, NIC/56k, 13.3&quot; TFT LCD display with OS for about $799 or less just check the Hot Deals forum.

i've used 2.6 with no probs. theres no reason why it would affect PSO.
