Newest Bios Update out there for the Asus A7V Mobo

I've fallen and haven't figured out how to get up. I stumbled across this lastest find of bios update 1008.01d. What the heck is this? Now that I've installed it THAT mobo will not boot up. I'm not very happy. What can I do now? Any helpers out there?

Are you sure that this is a mature BIOS? Last I checked we were still on 1005, which still hasn't showed up on the Asus website.

It looks like you installed the K7V bios.
